Birth Doula

As a birth doula, my main purpose is to provide physical, emotional, and informational support on the big day. I also assist you in pregnancy and postpartum to prepare you, answer questions, and help you transition into this new phase of life. My goal is to make you feel safe, unjudged, informed, and supported.

Postpartum Doula

Adjusting to a new little soul in the home is not without its learning curve. Healing after childbirth, coping with lack of sleep, and learning how to breastfeed while juggling our day-to-day responsibilities can be challenging. I am here to help with what you need to stay focused on what’s most important- bonding with your new baby and healing from birth.
