Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is statistically proven to lower blood pressure, shorten labor times and reduce needs for medication and interventions in childbirth. The movement, the breathwork and the connection you build with your mind, body and baby make for great labor prep!
I discovered prenatal yoga in my last pregnancy and it was so helpful to me that I decided to become certified as a prenatal yoga teacher. I offer both community and private yoga classes.
