Postpartum Doula Support

Once baby is here it can be easy to let your needs fall to the wayside, especially if you have more than one child, but it’s important that you’re taken care of as well. Invite me into your home to nurture you and/or relieve some of your household duties. I can prepare a nutritious meal, do light housework, play with an older sibling, give you a relaxing massage, support you with breastfeeding, or take care of baby so that your can get some much needed rest. My services look differently depending on the unique needs of your ohana.
