Birth Doula Support
Congratulations! You're having a baby!
Whether this is your first or your fifth, having a baby is a life-changing event. As a birth doula, I’m here to support you in the birth you want, whether that’s in the hospital or at home, natural or medicated, and including any other preferences you may have. I want to ensure that you feel safe, unjudged, informed, and supported. I take on a limited number of clients per month to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve.
My Birth Doula Package Includes:
On call from 37 weeks
Starting from 37 weeks, I'm ready and prepared to support you in your birth.
Texting and Calls
I'm available to help address any urgent questions or concerns
2 Prenatal Visits
Together, we go over any questions you may have, develop a birth plan, learn comfort techniques, and dive into anything else that will help put your mind at ease, allowing you to pay attention to your body and connect with your baby.
Labor Support
I’m there on “the big day” to provide physical, emotional, and informational assistance
Postpartum Visit
I visit you in your home 3-10 days after birth to support you in processing your birth experience, answer questions about newborn care, and help with any breastfeeding complications
