Childbirth Education Class

"If I don't know my options, I don't have any."

This class is offered every other month. It is recommended for pregnant people who are 30-36 weeks.

In this 5-hour class, we will discuss:

Anatomy and the physiological process of birth
Comfort techniques, partner support, and how to break the fear/tension/pain cycle
Creating birth preferences around your values
Overcoming stalls in labor and getting baby into an optimal position for birth
How to weigh out risks and benefits of possible interventions
Breath work and protecting your pelvic floor in the second stage of labor
AND MORE!

Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend!
